The National Tourism Agency has signed an agreement with the organizers of the London exhibition. Belarus’ national stand will occupy 36 square meters. In addition to the national agency, the stand will also feature eight commercial entities - mainly hotels and travel agencies.
Animation will be used to attract attention to the national stand. Visitors will be able to watch a Belarusian craftsman making bast shoes or baskets. “We are going to bring something authentic to London,” Vladimir Yankovenko said.
World Travel Market is one of the biggest exhibitions that gathers travel operators from all over the world. It caters for tourism business professionals. The major goal for Belarus is to establish business contacts with large foreign travel agencies and enhance its image on the international arena.
