EurAsEC to sign agreement on cooperation in drug regulatory affairs

MINSK, 15 June (BelTA) - President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko approved the draft agreement on cooperation of the states members of the Eurasian Economic Community in the regulatory affairs for pharmaceuticals, medical products and medical equipment (medical devices) as a basis for further talks, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The head of state also approved a draft agreement on the procedure for the admission of the professionals who are qualified to engage in medical or pharmaceutical activities in one of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Community to do the same in other member states of the Eurasian Economic Community as a basis for further talks.
Prime Minister of Belarus Mikhail Myasnikovich has been authorized to negotiate the draft agreements.
