Foreign Policy and Security Research Center with the support of the Institute of International Relations at the University of Wrocław will hold the round table in Minsk on November, 11, 2010.
The scientists from Belarus and Poland will discuss bilateral relations between the two countries.
Such round-table has been held every year since 2004 in Minsk and Wrocław.
All accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings Book.
