Latvijas U-18 hokejistiem otrā uzvara turnīrā Dānijā - DELFI.lv

Četru komandu pārbaudes turnīrā Dānijā piektdien otro uzvaru divās spēlēs izcīnīja Latvijas U-18 hokeja izlase, kas ar 2:0 (0:0, 1:0, 1:0) pieveica Baltkrievijas vienaudžus.

Otrā perioda 14.minūtē vairākumā Latvijai pirmos vārtus guva Krists Apsītis, bet pēdējās trešdaļas 14.minūtē Filips Plostieks mazākumā panāca 2:0. Latvijas izlases vārtos Elviss Merzļikins atvairīja visus 17 metienus. Latvijas U-18 izlase pa pretinieku vārtiem izdarīja 29 metienus.

Atgādinām, ka turnīra ]]>pirmajā spēlē Latvijas U-18 izlase]]> ceturtdien ar 9:4 sagrāva Norvēģijas vienaudžus. Sestdien turnīra pēdējā spēlē Latvijas jaunie hokejisti tiksies ar Dānijas vienaudžiem.

Aprīlī Latvijas U-18 izlasi gaida starts pasaules čempionāta augstākajā divīzijā, kas risināsies Čehijā. Pasaules čempionāts augstākajā divīzijā no 12. līdz 22. aprīlim risināsies Brno un Znojmo pilsētās. Latvijas izlase apakšgrupā spēlēs kopā ar Zviedriju, Krieviju, Vāciju un Šveici.
