“The establishment of the CIS Economic Court in 1992 was an essential and timely solution promoting the interests of all participants of integration projects. The use of court mechanisms for resolving economic disputes is the most efficient way to settle emerging disagreements and establish justice,” the message reads.
“Today we are convinced that the CIS Economic Court is a reputable international organization that efficiently and professionally maintains law in the economic field,” the head of state said.
Alexander Lukashenko expressed confidence that the meeting of the judicial community will boost links between the CIS member states and become a landmark event for fulfilling common goals.
