MINSK, 3 March (BelTA) - Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko made new appointments on 3 March, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The head of state appointed:
Oleg Ivanov Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Tajikistan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (with concurrent accreditation).
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Italian Republic, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Belarus at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations Alexander Guryanov Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Malta (with concurrent accreditation).
The president approved the appointment of:
Gennady Borisyuk as Head of the Leninsky District Administration of Brest;
Anatoly Linevich as Chairman of the Kopyl District Executive Committee;
Anatoly Voinilko as Chairman of the Myadel District Executive Committee;
Dmitry Vasilevsky as Chairman of the Dribin District Executive Committee;
Mikhail Kosmachev as Chairman of the Cherikov District Executive Committee;
Alexander Dorokhovich as Head of the Zavodskoy District Administration of Minsk;
Yuri Trushchenko as Head of the Sovetsky District Administration of Minsk;
Yevgeny Shestakov as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs;
Igor Voitov as Rector of the Belarusian State Technological University;
Andrei Zenevich as Rector of the Belarusian State Academy of Communications;
Anna Ryabova as Deputy Minister of Communications and Information Technology;
Alexei Avramenko as First Deputy Transport and Communications Minister;
Alexei Lyakhnovich as Deputy Transport and Communications Minister;
Igor Shilov as First Deputy Head of Belarusian Railways;
Piotr Arushanyants as Director of the Entrepreneurship Department of the Economy Ministry of the Republic of Belarus (for the period the director is on maternity leave);
Nikolai Yurchenko as Head of the Defense Industry and Military Technology Cooperation of the Permanent Committee of the Union State;
Alexander Sysoyev as Chief of Administration of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee;
Pavel Oshurik as a member of the Grodno Oblast Executive Committee.
