Belarus, Thailand mull joint ventures

MINSK, 26 February (BelTA) - The establishment of joint manufactures was discussed during a meeting between Belarus Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei and Thailand Commerce Minister Apiradi Tantraporn, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The parties discussed the trade and economic cooperation, including the supply of products to the markets of the two countries and the establishment of joint manufactures.

The Ministers also touched upon the prospects for interaction between Belarus and Thailand in integration associations and international organizations and exchanged views on the current topics of the international agenda.

The meeting took place during the visit of the Thailand governmental delegation to Belarus. The program includes meetings in the Council of Ministers, Industry Ministry, and visits to industrial enterprises.
