Belarus, Thailand plan to develop military cooperation

MINSK, 26 February (BelTA) – Belarus' Defense Minister Andrei Ravkov and Thailand Vice Premier and Defense Minister Prawit Wongsuwan discussed the prospects for the development of bilateral cooperation during the meeting in Minsk, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Defense Ministry.

“During the talks the parties discussed the development of bilateral cooperation in the military and military-technical areas. They also took note of the considerable potential of cooperation in the mentioned fields,” said the press service of the Defense Ministry.

The ministry noted that it was the first time it hosted a Thai delegation of such level.
