MINSK, 14 March (BelTA) – Belarusian Autoworks and Minsk Automobile Plant plans supplies of their equipment for the needs of Indonesia's biggest mining company Newmont Nusa Tenggara, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs following the working trip of Belarus' Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Indonesia Vladimir Lopato-Zagorsky to Mataram, the Indonesian province of West Nusa Tenggara.
Representatives of the companies presented BelAZ and MAZ at the regional business forum organized in assistance with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia. According to the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the parties discussed “options for cooperation, including possible supplies of the Belarusian equipment for the needs of Indonesia's biggest mining company Newmont Nusa Tenggara.
Belarus' trade and investment potential was presented at the forum. Talks were also held with businessmen of the region.
Vladimir Lopato-Zagorsky met with the Governor of the Indonesian province of West Nusa Tenggara. The parties discussed the state and prospects of cooperation between Belarus and this Indonesian region.
