Anders Breivik Behring, who was arrested on suspicion of committing a terrorist act in Oslo as well as of the execution of several dozen people, had previously been in Belarus. The mention of his visit to Belarus is contained in the manifesto "2083 - the European Declaration of Independence," published by the Norwegian terrorist in the Internet before committing the attack in Oslo and on the island of Uta.

"The Belarusian dictatorship deliberately continued to distribute agricultural products from the highly contaminated areas among his people (so are the things today). I personally was in Belarus and I can personally confirm this," said in the Norwegian terrorist’s manifesto.
