The international seminar on Collective Security Treaty Organisation issues on 25 October in Minsk

The Foreign Policy and Security Research Center with the support of Geneva centre for the democratic Control of armed forces (DCAF) invites to participate in the seminar representatives of state and public organizations of Belarus, scientists and researchers from the CIS (Russian Federation, Ukraine, Moldova), dealing with European and international security, as well as members of diplomatic missions in Belarus.

The FPS Research Center is a nonprofit institution that helps improve policy and decisionmaking through research and analysis. FPS focuses on the issues that matter most such as national security, international affairs, and more. As a nonpartisan organization, FPS operates independent of political and commercial pressures.
