An international seminar to discuss international security and NATO in new conditions held in Minsk on 13 December. It was arranged by the Foreign Policy and Security Research Center with assistance of the Public Diplomacy Division of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
The Institute of International Relations of the Belarusian State University with the support of the Foreign Policy and Security Research Center held the conference in Minsk on October, 30, 2012.

NATO is working with representatives of the Belarusian Armed Forces, so that they know about it procedures, it strategy.
NATO also has a program of individual partnership with Belarus. It contains up to 100 points of interaction.
