Adam Bialiatski, son of imprisoned human rights defender Ales Bialiatski, has been fined BYR 350,000 by Minsk Tsentralny District Court for alleged disorderly conduct during yesterdays’ protest in central Minsk.
Adam Bialiatski’s car was stopped by road police yesterday evening. He was later charged under Art. 17.1 of the Administrative Court.
