The Foreign Policy and Security Research Center and Faculty of International Relations, BSU, Minsk invited to take part in the International seminar. The seminar includes speech given by Dr. Renee Buhr, Ph.D, Assistant Professor, University of Saint Thomas, Department of Political Science. Her research interests include the study of nationalism in East Europe and the effects of European integration on political parties and voting behavior. Dr. Renee Buhr has worked in a number of organizations, including the RAND Corporation and the Central Intelligence Agency.
