Vitsebs khuman rights defender Pavel Levinau has received an official dismissal of his personal petition for the release of Viasna leader Ales Bialiatski.
The dismissal, signed by investigator Mrs. Kasynkina, does not mention any legal grounds for the decision, thus violating Art. 137 of the Code of Criminal Procedures.
