„Gazprom“ pažadėjo Baltarusijai nemažinti dujų tranzito - Lietuvos rytas

Rusijos dujų tranzitas per Baltarusijos teritoriją paleidus „Šiaurės srauto“ dujotiekį,
besidriekiantį Baltijos jūros dugnu, nesumažės, teigė „Gazprom“
valdybos pirmininko pavaduotojas Aleksandras Medvedevas, kuriuo
remiasi „Interfax“.

Oficiali „Šiaurės srauto“ paleidimo ceremonija vyko lapkričio 8 dieną Vokietijoje, ceremonijoje dalyvavo Vokietijos kanclerė Angela Merkel ir Rusijos prezidentas Dmitrijus Medvedevas. AP

„Dujotiekis Jamalas-Europa veiks visu pajėgumu. Tiekimas
dujotiekiu Jamalas-Europa neturėtų sumažėti“, - pastebėjo A.Medvedevas.

Anot „RIA Novosti“, taip A.Medvedevas atsakė į žurnalistų
klausimą, ar paleidus „Šiaurės srautą“ nenukentės Ukraina ir
Baltarusija. Dėl Ukrainos A.Medvedevas nekomentavo.

Visą Ukrainos dujų transportavimo sistemą valdo Ukraina, o
Baltarusijoje pusė „Beltransgaz“ priklauso Rusijos dujų bendrovei
„Gazprom“. Be to, Minskas ir Maskva dalyvauja derybose dėl įmonės,
valdančios vamzdynus šalyje, likusių akcijų pardavimo bendrovei
„Gazprom“.

Oficiali „Šiaurės srauto“ paleidimo ceremonija vyko lapkričio 8 dieną Vokietijoje, ceremonijoje dalyvavo Vokietijos kanclerė Angela Merkel ir Rusijos prezidentas Dmitrijus Medvedevas.
Dujos šiuo vamzdynu tiesiogiai teka iš Rusijos į Vokietiją,
aplenkdamos tranzito šalis.

Rusija nutiesė „Šiaurės srautą“ ir ketina tiesti „Pietų
srautą“, siekdama sumažinti savo priklausomumą nuo tranzito šalių.
Būtent dėl šios priežasties prieš „srautų“ tiesimą aktyviai
pasisakė Ukraina, kurios nuomone, transportuoti kurą jos teritorija
yra pigiau.

„Gazprom“ nuomone, „Šiaurės srauto“ statyba atsipirks negreitai.

Pasak koncerno oficialaus atstovo Sergejaus Kuprijanovo,
dujotiekiai apskritai greitai neatsiperka, nes jų eksploatavimas
numatytas 30-50 metų. 2010 metais buvo skelbta, kad dujotiekis
bendrovei „Gazprom“ ir jos partneriams kainavo 8,8 mlrd. JAV
dolerių.

Dujotiekis Jamalas-Europa, kuris driekiasi Lenkijos ir
Baltarusijos teritorija, buvo nutiestas jau posovietiniu
laikotarpiu, jis buvo paleistas 1994 metais. Dujotiekio projektinis
pajėgumas siekia 32,9 mlrd. kubinių metrų dujų. Palyginimui,
„Šiaurės srautas“ 2012 metais turėtų transportuoti 27,5 mlrd.
kubinių metrų dujų.
