Trečiadienį Minske prasidėjusiame Baltarusijos žmogaus teisių gynėjo Alesio Beliackio bylos teisminiame procese dalyvauti gali ne visi pageidavę tarptautinių organizacijų atstovai, teigia „Vesna“ aktyvistas.

Valentinas Stefanovičius BNS telefonu iš Baltarusijos sakė, kad kai kuriems iš jų nebuvo išduotos Baltarusijos vizos, tačiau ambasada neaiškino priežasčių, kodėl visuomenininkai nebuvo įleisti.

„Mūsų ambasada neprivalo aiškinti priežasčių, tiesiog jiems atsisakė išduoti vizas“, – sakė „Vesna“ aktyvistas.

Pasak jo, į Baltarusiją negalėjo atvykti Tarptautinės žmogaus teisių federacijos prezidentė Souhayr Belhassen, Norvegijos Helsinkio komiteto, Švedijos organizacijos „Human Right Defenders“, „Human Rights Watch“ atstovai, kitų organizacijų nariai.

Pats teismo procesas, anot „Vesna“ aktyvisto, yra atviras.

„Mes manome, kad tai bandydamas uždaryti teismą tarptautinės bendruomenės atstovams, tarp jų ir tarptautinėms organizacijoms“, – sakė V.Stefanovičius.

Jis teigė manantis, kad bylos nagrinėjimas turėtų trukti mažiausiai tris dienas.

„Aš pats nesu salėje, nes ne visi galėjo patekti (...) Susirinko daug žmonių, ne visi galėjo patekti, susirinko daug žurnalistų, ambasadų, tarptautinių organizacijų atstovų“, – sakė V.Stefanovičius.

Lietuva yra perdavusi Baltarusijai duomenis apie rugpjūtį Minske sulaikyto A.Beliackio ir V.Stefanovičiaus bankines sąskaitas. Dėl tokio žingsnio Lietuvos pareigūnai atsiprašė, tačiau pabrėžė neturėję duomenų, kad Minsko prašoma informacija susijusi su žmogaus teisių atstovais ir apkaltino Minską provokacija.

A.Beliackiui pateikti kaltinimai pajamų slėpimu. Duomenis Minskui taip pat perdavė Lenkija.
