Rīgas Centrālstacijā pie diviem baltkrieviem atrod gandrīz 50 000 cigarešu - DELFI.lv

Pirmdien Centrālajā stacijā Rīgas policisti aizdomās par nelikumīgu tabakas izstrādājumu glabāšanu aizturēja divus Baltkrievijas pilsoņus, pie kuriem atrada 47 640 nelikumīgu cigarešu, portālu "Delfi" informēja Valsts policijas Rīgas reģiona pārvaldes Preses un sabiedrisko attiecību sektora vecākais speciālists Toms Sadovskis.

Pirmdien agri no rīta Rīgas patruļpolicijas darbinieki, sagaidot vilcienu Minska – Rīga, patrulēja pa peronu. Kad vilciens bija pienācis, policistu uzmanību piesaistīja divi vīrieši, kuri, ieraugot policistus, žigli devās pretējā virzienā, vēsta Sadovskis.

Policisti iebraucējus panāca un aicināja doties līdzi uz iecirkņa telpām, vīrieši piekrita. Pēc neilga brīža policijas iecirknī noskaidrots, ka abi vīrieši ir 32 gadus veci Baltkrievijas pilsoņi, taču, pārbaudot viņu somas, policisti tajās atrada ievērojamu daudzumu cigarešu ar Baltkrievijas akcīzes preču zīmēm. Kopā policisti pie vīriešiem atrada 47 640 vienpadsmit dažādu marku cigaretes, informē Sadovskis.

Par nelikumīgu tabakas izstrādājumu uzglabāšanu personu grupā sākts kriminālprocess. Par šādu noziegumu soda ar brīvības atņemšanu uz laiku līdz trim gadiem vai ar arestu, vai ar piespiedu darbu, vai ar naudas sodu līdz simt minimālajām mēnešalgām, konfiscējot mantu vai bez mantas konfiskācijas.
