UR ministras: Baltarusija nerodo iniciatyvos dėl palengvinto judėjimo per sieną - 15min

Užsienio reikalų ministras Audronius Ažubalis sako negalintis pasakyti, kada realiai pradės veikti Lietuvos ir Baltarusijos ratifikuotas susitarimas dėl palengvinto judėjimo pasienio gyventojams, nes kaimyninė valstybė esą nedaro jokių pasirengimo darbų.

„Yra penkios-šešios institucijos, įtrauktos į parengiamųjų darbų sąrašą, darbai vyksta pagal grafiką, tačiau kai kurie darbai natūraliai stovi, nes Baltarusijos pusė nerodo jokio noro, jokios iniciatyvos. Anoje pusėje yra mirtina tyla“, – ketvirtadienį per Vyriausybės valandą Seime teigė ministras.

Jis tvirtino iš kitų kaimyninių valstybių, turinčių sieną su Baltarusija ir pasirašiusių susitarimus dėl palengvinto judėjimo, irgi sulaukiantis žinių, kad situacija – analogiška.

„Bet tas pats yra, kiek kalbėjau su savo kolegomis, ir Lenkijos pasieny, ir Latvijos pasieny. Baltarusijos pusė nerodo jokio noro, jokios iniciatyvos“, – sakė A.Ažubalis.

Seimas vasarą ratifikavo Lietuvos ir Baltarusijos susitarimą, kuriuo palengvinamas judėjimas pasienio gyventojams. Jis leis gyventojams, kurie gyvena pasienio teritorijoje ne trumpiau kaip vienus metus, kirsti sieną be vizų, ir su specialiais leidimais būti 50 kilometrų pločio Baltarusijos pasienio teritorijoje iki 90 dienų per pusmetį. Leidimai nesuteiks teisės dirbti kaimyninėje valstybėje.

Ratifikavus susitarimą užsienio reikalų ministras A.Ažubalis svarstė, kad palengvintas judėjimas per sieną galėtų pradėti funkcionuoti jau šių metų pabaigoje.

Susitarimui pradėjus veikti į leidimus lengviau kirsti sieną teoriškai pretenduoti galėtų apie 800 tūkst. Lietuvos gyventojų ir 600 tūkst. baltarusių. Į sutartas teritorijas Lietuvos pusėje patenka Vilnius, Ignalina Varėna, Druskininkai, Baltarusijos – Gardinas, Lyda, Ašmena.

Lietuva ir Baltarusija susitarimą, kuris leistų paprasčiau kirsti sieną pasienio gyventojams, pasirašė pernai spalį.
