Baltarusija uždraudė gyventojams pirkti internetu iš užsienio - Lietuvos rytas

Penktadienį Baltarusijoje įsigalioja įstatymas, draudžiantis bet kokias tranzakcijas su užsienio tinklapiais – pavyzdžiui, nebebus galima pirkti knygų iš parduotuvės amazon.com. Tai skelbia JAV Vašingtono teisės bibliotekos leidinys „Global Legal Monitor“, rašo computerworld.com.

"Amazon.com" Baltarusijoje uždraustas.

Naujasis įstatymas leidžia Baltarusijos valdžiai teistis su užsienio tinklapiais, kurie pardavinėja prekes baltarusams.

Įstatymas įpareigoja visas kompanijas bei verslininkus Baltarusijoje interneto paslaugas teikti tik užregistravus vietinį interneto adresą. Tik taip galima siūlyti interneto paslaugas, parduoti prekes ar siųsti e.pašto laiškus, teigia „Global Legal Monitor“.

Pažeidimus gali tirti mokesčių inspekcija, jai turi padėti policija bei slaptoji policija, tvirtina leidinys.

Naujasis įstatymas taip pat numato uždaryti visas interneto kavines ar kitas interneto prieigą teikiančias vietas, jei jie neidentifikuoja savo klientų ir neseka jų darbo užsienio tnklapiuose ir apie jį nepraneša valdžiai.

Įstatymai reikalauja, kad visi interneto paslaugų teikėjai užsiregistruotų valdžios institucijose, bei identifikuotų visus įrenginius, per kuriuos pasiekiamas internetas, tarp jų ir mobiliuosius telefonus. Įstatymas taip pat reikalauja, kad visi prisijungiantys prie interneto identifikuotų save, o įrašai apie identifikaciją būtų saugomi bent metus.

Baltarusijos valdžia taip pat turi įrenginius, kurie filtruoja ir blokuoja pavojingais laikomus tinklapius. Tarp jų - „ekstremistinius“ tinklapius, taip pat susijusius su ginklų, narkotikų ar žmonių kontrabanda, taip pat pornografinius arba prievartą skatinančius tinklapius.
