EM valsts sekretārs: valsts rīcībā nav pierādījumu, lai pretendētu uz bufernaftu - DELFI.lv

Latvijas valdība vairākkārt ir secinājusi, ka valsts rīcībā nav tādu pierādījumu, lai tiesā pretendētu uz SIA "LatRosTrans" naftas vadā Polocka-Ventspils esošo bufernaftu, trešdien Saeimas Pieprasījumu komisijas sēdē uzsvēra Ekonomikas ministrijas (EM) valsts sekretārs ]]> Juris Pūce ]]> .

Šādi ierēdnis atbildēja, komentējot "Saskaņas centra" (SC) frakcijas ]]> iesniegto pieprasījumu ]]> premjerministram Valdim Dombrovskim (V), kurā prasīts paskaidrot, kāpēc valdība nav pieteikusi savas īpašumtiesības uz minēto bufernaftu. Komisijas sēdē, astoņiem deputātiem balsojot pret, trīs par un vienam nebalsojot, pieprasījuma nosūtīšana Dombrovskim tika noraidīta.

Valdība pie secinājumiem par pamatojuma trūkumu šādai prasībai nonākusi laika posmā no 2010.gada decembra līdz 2011.gada februārim. EM valsts sekretārs uzsvēra, ka SIA "LatRosTrans" nekad nav piederējusi Latvijas valstij. Viņš kritiski novērtēja arī iepriekš pausto argumentu, ka tehnoloģiskā ]]> bufernafta ]]> nebija norādīta uzņēmuma bilancē. Bilancē parasti neuzrāda to, kas nesniedz ekonomisko vērtību. Tehnoloģiskā nafta nerada šo pievienoto vērtība, jo tā ir tikai instruments, lai pārvadātu naftu caur vadu.

Valdības darba grupa esot veikusi padziļinātu jautājuma izpēti, veicot arī amatpersonu intervijas, no kurām neviena vairs nestrādā valsts iestādēs, tostarp vairāku amatpersonu "vairs nav mūsu vidū", apgalvoja Pūce.

Saeimas deputātes ]]> Ilma Čepāne ]]> (V) un ]]> Inga Bite ]]> (ZRP) vispirms aicināja sagaidīt, kāds būs gala rezultāts ]]> tiesvedības procesā ]]> , kurā Baltkrievijas uzņēmums "Polocktransņeftj Družba" izvirzījis īpašuma pretenzijas uz SIA "LatRosTrans" naftas vada tehnoloģisko naftu.

Pūce akcentēja, ka Latvijai saskaņā ar Civillikumu, kļūstot par prasītāju, būtu pienākums sagādāt pierādījumus, kas pašlaik nav iespējams. Viņš izteicās, ka labprāt iepazītos ar valsts pozīcijai izdevīgiem materiāliem, ja tādi ir kādu juristu rīcībā. Arī Bite uzsvēra, ka, valstij zaudējot šādā procesā, nāksies segt tiesāšanās izdevumus.
