ES paplašina sankcijas pret Baltkrieviju - DELFI.lv

Eiropas Savienības (ES) valstu ārlietu ministri otrdien apstiprināja sankciju paplašināšanu pret ]]> Baltkrievijas ]]> amatpersonām, kuras vainojamas cilvēktiesību pārkāpumos, vēsta aģentūra “RIA Novosti”.

Vēl 21 ierēdnis ir iekļauts to personu sarakstā, kurām liegta iespēja iebraukt ES un kuru aktīvi ir iesaldēti. Minētās personas tiek vainotas pilsoniskās sabiedrības un demokrātiskās opozīcijas apspiešanā Baltkrievijā, teikts ES preses paziņojumā.

Sarakstā iekļautās personas esot milicijas darbinieki un augsta ranga amatpersonas, kuras nodarbojas ar tiesu jautājumiem. Personu uzvārdi būšot zināmi trešdien pēc ES Ārlietu padomes lēmuma publicēšanas.

Baltkrievijas Ārlietu ministrija otrdien paziņoja, ka ES ierēdņiem, kas piedalījās sankciju pieņemšanā, tiks liegta iekļūšana Baltkrievijā, informē “RIA Novosti”.

ES Ārlietu padome jau pagājušā gada decembrī paplašināja sankcijas pret Baltkrieviju. Iebraukšana ES tika liegta vairāk nekā 200 Baltkrievijas ierēdņiem. ES arī iesaldēja triju Baltkrievijas kompāniju aktīvus, atgādina "RIA Novosti".

Jau vēstīts, ka ES dalībvalstu ārlietu ministri jūnijā vienojās paplašināt sankcijas pret Baltkrieviju, ieviešot aizliegumu piegādāt Minskai ieročus un materiālus, kurus var izmantot represijām valstī.

Eiropas Savienība (ES) jau kopš pagājušā gada februāra noteikusi ieceļošanas aizliegumu Eiropas Savienībā Baltkrievijas prezidentam Aleksandram Lukašenko un vēl gandrīz 190 amatpersonām, kā arī bija iesaldējusi šo amatpersonu aktīvus. Šāds lēmums pieņemts pēc 2010. gada 19. decembrī notikušajām prezidenta vēlēšanām, kad varas iestādes vardarbīgi apspieda opozīciju.

ES sankcijas paplašināja pēc Baltkrievijas cilvēktiesību aizstāvju organizācijas "Vjasna" ("Pavasaris") vadītāja Aļesjas Beļacka notiesāšanas novembrī.

2010. gada decembrī pēc prezidenta vēlēšanām, kurās atkārtoti uzvarēja Lukašenko, Minskas centrā izcēlās masu nekārtības, apmēram 50 tūkstošiem opozīcijas pārstāvju protestējot pret valdošo režīmu. Vairāk nekā 700 cilvēku tika aizturēti, vairāk nekā 40 no viņiem jau ir notiesāti.
