Lelde Gasūna uzvar slaloma sacensībās Austrijā - DELFI.lv

Austrijas kalnu kūrortā Turnauvā ceturtdien notikušajās ]]> FIS ]]> sacensībās slalomā uzvaru izcīnījusi Latvijas pārstāve ]]> Lelde Gasūna ]]> , informē ]]> Latvijas Slēpošanas savienība ]]> .

Tā Latvijas sportistei bija ceturtā uzvara FIS sacensībās karjerā.

Nopietnas pretenzijas uz uzvaru Lelde Gasūna izvirzīja jau pirmajā braucienā, ierindojoties otrajā vietā un tikai 0,15 zaudējot līderei Marijai Škanovai no Baltkrievijas, bet par pussekundi atrodoties priekšā trešā laika uzrādītājai Najai Babnikai no Slovēnijas. Arī otrajā braucienā Lelde uzrādīja otro labāko rezultātu, bet tā kā līdere Škanova bija tikai septītā un 0,25 sekundes aiz mūsu sportistes, tad abu braucienu summā Lelde baltkrievieti apsteidza par vienu sekundes desmitdaļu un izcīnīja uzvaru.

Otrajā vietā ierindojās Škanova, bet trešo vietu saglabāja slovēniete Babnika (+0,57). Otrajā baucienā ātrākā bija mājiniece Klaudija Hērbingere, kas par 0,06 sekundēm nobrauca ātrāk nekā Gasūna, taču kļūda pirmajā braucienā, kas viņai deva 17.vietu un atpalikšanu no līderes vairāk nekā 3,5 sekundes, neļāva divu braucienu summā 15 gadus jaunajai austrietei pakāpties augstāk par 14.vietu. Sacensībās startēja 93 dalībnieces no 20 valstīm.

Lelde Gasūna vairākas reizes ir bijusi labāko trijniekā FIS sacensībās. Līdz šim viņai bija izdevies uzvarēt trīs reizes, tādēļ pēc sacensībām Turnauvā tā bija ceturtā reize, kad mūsu 21 gadus jaunā sportiste kāpa uz augstākā pjedestāla pakāpiena. Visas uzvaras ir izcīnītas slalomā, kas ir Leldes stiprākā disciplīna, bet līdz šim to bija izdevies izdarīt tikai Somijā.

Atšķirībā no pārējiem mūsu kalnu slēpotājiem, kuru šīs sezonas startu skaits sniedzas otrajā desmitā, Leldei slaloms Austrijā bija tikai trešās sacensības šosezon. Decembrī viņa startēja FIS sacensībās Itālijā, iekļūstot labāko desmitniekā Klausbergas slalomā (10.vieta) un paliekot tūdaļ aiz goda pjedestāla Soldas milzu slalomā (4.vieta). Pagājušajā gadā pasaules čempionātā Lelde Gasūna izcīnīja 36.vietu slalomā un 58.vietu milzu slalomā.
