Baltarusijos keliai taps mokami - 15min

Kaimyninėje valstybėje planuojama įvesti daugumos magistralinių kelių apmokestinimą, bei sukurti centralizuotą mokesčių surinkimo sistemą.

Mokesčių surinkimo sistemos sukūrimo klausimas iš esmės jau nuspręstas ir yra bandoma jį realizuoti. Su tokių sistemų kūrėjais kalbama apie galimybę, kad šie patys įrengtų tokias sistemas už savo lėšas, o mainais į tai gautų tam tikrą procentą surinktų mokesčių. Tokiu atveju ne pačius geriausius laikus išgyvenančiai Baltarusijai nereiktų naudoti savo biudžeto lėšų.

Užsieniečiams su lengvaisiais automobiliais kelių mokesčiai galios

Net neabejojama, kad mokesčių surinkimo sistema bus elektroninė, kuri pravažiuojant pro tam skirtus vartus daviklių pagalba fiksuos automobilyje esančius specialius prietaisus ir taip nustatys nuvažiuotą atstumą ir mokesčio dydį.

Esminė kelių apmokestinimo priežastis yra galimybė iš surinktų lėšų prižiūrėti ir tiesti naujus kelius.

Šiuo metu planuojama, kad bus apmokestinti visi pirmos kategorijos keliai su keturiomis juostomis. Mokesčiai bus taikomi visoms transporto priemonėms, kurių bendra masė didesnė nei 3,5 t. Dėl lengvųjų automobilių apmokestinimo kol kas dar nenuspręsta. Užsieniečiams su lengvaisiais automobiliais tokį mokestį mokėti reikės. Diskutuojama, kaip elgtis su Baltarusijoje ir Muitų sąjungoje registruotais lengvaisiais automobiliais.

Baltarusijos kelių priežiūros kompanija „Belavtodor“ pažymi, kad kelyje М1-Е30 įvesti mokesčiai visiškai pasiteisino. Nors nuo mokesčio yra atleisti muitų sąjungoje registruoti lengvieji automobiliai, kurie sudaro du trečdalius visų transporto priemonių šiame kelyje, tačiau surinktų lėšų pilnai užtenka tinkamai kelio priežiūrai.
