Baltarusis kontrabandinius rūkalus slėpė mašinos padangose - 15min

Šalčininkų rajone pasieniečiai sulaikė baltarusį, kurio vairuoto automobilio padangose slėptas kontrabandinių cigarečių krovinys.

Antradienį vakare Valstybės sienos apsaugos tarnybos (VSAT) Varėnos rinktinės Specialiosios paskirties užkardos pareigūnai pasienyje su Baltarusija, Šalčininkų rajono kelyje Milvydai – Šalčininkai, patikrinti sustabdė automobilį „Volkswagen Passat“ su baltarusiškais numeriais.

Mašiną vairavęs 21 metų Baltarusijos pilietis pasieniečiams pateikė tvarkingus asmens bei transporto priemonės registracijos dokumentus. Užsienietis į Lietuvą savaitgalį atvyko legaliai.

Automobilio saloną apžiūrėję VSAT pareigūnai nieko įtartino nerado. Patikros metu rizikos veiksnius išmanantiems Varėnos pasieniečiams kilo tam tikrų įtarimų. Jie nusprendė patikrinti mašinos ratus ir automobilį nuvarė į netoliese esančią degalinę. Čia VSAT pareigūnai išleido šiek tiek oro iš vienos „Volkswagen Passat“padangos ir įsitikino, kad joje yra pašalinių daiktų.

Išsamiai automobilis buvo patikrintas Purvėnų užkardoje. Čia VSAT pareigūnai išmontavo „folksvageno“ ratus ir keturiose padangose iš viso rado 500 pakelių cigarečių „Minsk 7“ su baltarusiškomis banderolėmis.

Dėl akcizais apmokestinamų prekių gabenimo pažeidžiant nustatytą tvarką Varėnos rinktinės Specialiosios paskirties užkardos pareigūnai baltarusiui pradėjo administracinę teiseną. Jam gresia bauda nuo 1 iki 5 tūkst. litų. Vyrusi įteiktas šaukimas atvykti į Šalčininkų rajono apylinkės teismą. Baltarusijos pilietis po apklausos paleistas.

Automobilis saugomas Purvėnų užkardoje, cigaretės – Varėnos rinktinėje.
