EDUCATION

Doctor of Physics and Mathematics (Institute of Physics of B.I. Stepanova NAS of Belarus, 1997).  Igor Ivanovich had a year-long internship in a number of leading universities in Japan, graduated from the International Institute for Higher Education Management ( ]]> University of Maryland ]]> , USA). In 1999 conducted scientific research at the ]]> University of Pittsburgh ]]> (USA) as the winner of the competition for Fulbright. He worked on probation and has improved his skills in a number of Western Europe states.

BIOGRAPHY

Dean of the Higher School of the National Institute of Higher Education and Liberal Education (1994-1996). Since 1993,  Head of Informational TEMPUS-office (the program of the European Union in the field of higher education) in Belarus.

Head of Department Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus (1994-2003), Vice-rector for scientific work.

Gancherenok Igor Ivanovich is the member of the ]]> European Association for International Education ]]> (EAIE), the ]]> European Network for Improving Research and Development in Educational Leadership and Management ]]> (ENIRDELM), the Optical society named after D.S. Rozhdestvensky (Russia), the member of the editorial board of 2 Belarusian magazines, the Deputy Chief Editor of  «Scholarly works of the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus», the member of the International Advisory Board of the International Institute for Leadership in Higher Education (USA).

Curriculum Vitae of I. Gancherenok was published in the 15th edition of   ]]> Who's Who in the World ]]> (USA) and will be published 18th edition, as well as in the 27th edition of the International Biographical Dictionary, published by ]]> International Biographical Center ]]> (Cambridge, England).

Gancherenok Igor Ivanovich is the author of more than 250 scientific publications, including more than 80 articles in refereed international and domestic journals. He has 11 USSR and Russia patents and certificates.
